Terms of Service

These terms govern access to websites, applications, and digital services provided by Speedlink Technology Services SPC. By using a service, you agree to these terms and any additional terms shown for that service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse a service, interfere with its operation, access it unlawfully, distribute harmful code, infringe another person’s rights, send unlawful or abusive content, or use automation in a way that violates applicable law or a connected platform’s rules.

Third-party services

Some features may connect to third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and policies.

Subscriptions and changes

If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s payment and refund rules.

Intellectual property

Speedlink and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and content, excluding content lawfully supplied by users.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided with reasonable care but may not always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using a service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements, or nonpayment.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Questions may be sent to legal@speedlink.tech.
